About Us

Eanes for Everyone is a non-profit organization led by Eanes parents. With over 50 volunteers representing all campuses, we focus on community-building and learning opportunities that keep student success at the heart of everything we do. Independent of Eanes ISD, Eanes for Everyone is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization.

Our Vision: Where we want to go
We envision an Eanes community where everyone is supported to reach their full potential in the district and beyond.

Our Mission: How we work to get there
Eanes for Everyone fosters belonging through conversations that uplift community and celebrate individuality with dignity. In collaboration with Eanes ISD students, families, staff, School Board, and our broader community, we champion a district where everyone feels safe, seen, and valued.

Our Initiatives

We aim to enhance a sense of safety and belonging for all children, families, and educators in Eanes by collaborating with our community and district partners to create ongoing learning and connection initiatives.

  • Community conversation opportunities for parents, guardians, families, and community members to learn and grow together.

  • Appreciation of our teachers and staff at every campus, often through yummy cultural food

  • Book Club discussions with culinary and cultural field trips (stay tuned for upcoming selections)
  • School Board Voter Guides to help you make the best decisions for your families

  • Newsletter updates to keep you in the loop with connection opportunities, district updates, and local issues

  • Lighthouse Grants for Westlake High School Student Clubs that are sparking student conversations

  • Parent connection opportunities through casual coffees and happy hours

These are the Core Values that guide our work in the community:

* Respect - We listen with open hearts and practice non-violence.

* Continuous Learning - We bring opportunities to our community, so we learn and grow together.

* Positive Change - We celebrate differences and bring joy to this work.

* Co-Create - We center students' voices and prioritize inclusion and community building.

* Integrity - We act honestly and with empathy and humility.

E4E History

E4E was originally founded as Eanes for Equity in 2020. The all-volunteer organization was founded by a group of 24 parents with students across each of Eanes ISD’s campuses.  While initial efforts focused on learning opportunities for parents and district advocacy focused on student success, E4E expanded its efforts to include students, staff, and the broader community. From our family events, teacher appreciations, school board voter guide, and WHS student grants, we are incredibly proud of our initiatives and the strong Eanes partnerships that we have developed.

In 2025, E4E built upon this strong foundation and expanded its name to Eanes for Everyone.  After reflecting on its growing community impact — and local, state, and national shifts — E4E re-doubled its commitment to fostering belonging in our community. By providing opportunities for connection and learning, E4E strives to ensure every student, family, and educator feels safe, seen, and valued.
